During the period 19 July 2001 – 5 October 2001, the following main activities have been performed.

FIPA Membership

The current List of FIPA Members is shown in Annex 1

Invoices for the 2001-2002 membership fees have been mailed. Please contact the FIPA Secretariat if there are questions or to provide evidence that payment has been made. Invoices for members having joined after 1/1/2001 will be revised to reflect a prorated billing schedule.

The collection and formatting of the financial data for the current FIPA accounts have been performed and are awaiting audit from KPMG

In Annex 2 the list of the still missing Statues is shown

The list of the FIPA members’ Official Representatives is shown in Annex 4. Member Delegates are reminded that the Official Representatives are the only points of contact for the correspondence between the Secretariat and Member Companies. It is very important that Companies nominate their representatives and that any change in representatives or their contact information be communicated to the Secretariat.

Web Site and Electronic Documentation Management

Since 15 September 2000, Fujitsu Laboratories of America have been hosting the new FIPA website. The direct management of the web site, updating of website and uploading of documents are being transitioned to the new Secretariat and should be fully handled by the Secretariat later this month. At that time all received official documents will be processed, converted and uploaded to the FIPA website by the Secretariat.
